PRESTIGEMART — Payment and Digital Product Terms

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply to digital products purchased from PRESTIGEMART. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and placing an order, you agree to these terms and the product details displayed before payment.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into this agreement under applicable law. If the intended user is under 18 or otherwise lacks contractual capacity, their parent or legal guardian must place the order, authorize payment, and accept these terms personally as the purchaser. A minor’s statement that they have permission is not sufficient.

2. Payment authorization

You confirm that you own the payment method or have the account holder’s express authorization to use it for this purchase. You must provide accurate billing and delivery information. Unauthorized payments, impersonation, and fraudulent payment claims are prohibited.

We may request proportionate verification or pause an order where fraud is reasonably suspected. Never send us your PIN, password, OTP, or full card security details.

3. Prices and order confirmation

The total price, currency, and any applicable taxes or charges will be shown before payment. Payment does not guarantee fulfillment if it fails verification or the product is unavailable. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the amount collected for the unfulfilled product.

No recurring payment or subscription will be created unless its amount, frequency, and cancellation terms are separately disclosed and expressly accepted.

4. Digital delivery and compatibility

Delivery will take place through the method and within the timeframe stated on the product page or order confirmation. Check all disclosed device, software, region, account, and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery details. We will reasonably assist with delivery problems. We remain responsible for supplying the product as described.

5. Permitted use

Unless the product listing expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of intellectual property.

You must not unlawfully copy, resell, redistribute, share license keys, or bypass access restrictions. Any disclosed third-party license conditions also apply.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation before digital delivery, activation, or commencement of custom work. After delivery or activation, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable, except where required by law or expressly offered on the product page.

This restriction does not remove remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charges, defective products, invalid keys, or products materially different from their description. Depending on the issue and applicable law, we will provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds will normally return to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

7. Payment disputes

Please contact us first where reasonably possible so we can investigate. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank, payment provider, regulator, or a competent court, or require you to miss a dispute deadline.

We may provide relevant order, acceptance, payment, and delivery records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute. Any recovery relating to proven fraud will be limited to amounts legally recoverable.

8. Responsibility and legal rights

We do not guarantee results beyond the product description or any express warranty. You are responsible for loss caused by your misuse or breach of disclosed requirements, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are subject to applicable Pakistani law and mandatory provincial consumer protections.

The version accepted when you place your order applies to that purchase. Later changes will apply to future orders unless otherwise lawfully agreed.
